Do you have knowledge and experience of extracting data from complex relational databases? Are you able to enhance and develop our internal management information provision? If so, we are offering a wonderful new opportunity to join our busy HR Management Information and Systems team as a Management Information Analyst. This role is primarily focused on providing staff data to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) Team for analysis.
This role is being offered on a full time, fixed term basis until May 2024.
As Management Information Analyst you will:
extract EDI and employment related data from our current and legacy HR and recruitment systems
work closely with the EDI Team and others to support the Race Equality Charter (REC) application and the wider EDI strategic agenda
deliver improvements to EDI data quality and EDI related MI provision
To succeed in this role, you will have:
excellent Transact SQL skills
experience of using Jaspersoft Reporting Studio or similar management information presentation/reporting application
a professional qualification in a relevant IT subject (e.g. ITBM, Computer Science, Information Technology), or equivalent experience
experience of creating and working with large data sets, ideally from multiple sources
skills in collaborative team working and liaising with people at all different levels across an organisation
HR Systems have been at the forefront of change within the HR Department in the last couple of years. This growing team is developing and providing support for a number of new applications that have become increasingly critical to the wider organisation. The complex data integrations and innovations in presenting this information to key stakeholders mean that it is an exciting time to be part of the HR Systems team.
