Permanent

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm & every other Saturday 9am-1pm



Our client, a large, competitive insurance provider in Canterbury, is currently looking to recruit Call Handler on a permanent basis.



Duties of the Call Handler

* Maintaining the company's own in-house system
* Liaising with other departments
* Arranging telephone appointments for Brokers to contact customers
* Contacting customers my phone and email



Person Specification of the Call Handler

* Previous experience in a call centre/customer service, fast paced environment
* Knowledge of the insurance industry would be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent Customer Service Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Excellent administration skills
* Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment
