HR Administrator/ Office Assistant

£22k - £24k DOE
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a strong Administrator to join my client based in West Kent on a permanent and full-time basis.
This is a varied and fast paced role involving extensive support to a very busy CEO and HR Manager.
If you're super organised, have administrative experience and are confident in working within a busy and fast paced environment, then please continue reading!
Duties include:
* Providing administrative support to the HR Manager such as; scheduling and arranging candidate interviews, completing reference checks, and typing up contracts, meeting clients
* Attending formal meetings to complete minute taking
* Manage the CEOs diary, scheduling meetings, travel bookings, accommodation, flights, and hotels etc
* Providing maternity and paternity information, providing guidance to employees
* Ordering stationery and office facilities
* Updating and reviewing policies and handbooks
* Keeping up to date with all relevant Employment Law policies
* Assist with Marketing and Social Media when required
* Administrative support such as managing email and calls, filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving etc
This role would suit someone with:
* A solid administrative background with an interest in HR
* Previous HR Assistant experience or qualified/ working towards to a CIPD L3 is desirable
* An organised individual who can prioritise a demanding workload
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* An understanding of the need for confidentiality
* Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
* A highly organised approach to work
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A great attitude and sense of humour
