Receptionist - Part Time (3 days)
£9.50/£10.00 per hour

Free parking onsite - Ongoing assignment

We are looking to recruit a receptionist for our Maidstone client. Working hours are Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday. You must have excellent telephone manner and have a pleasant and confident approach to meet and greet their customers

Tuesday - 8.30am-5pm
Thursday - 8.30am-5pm
Friday - 2pm - 6.30pm

Primary tasks and Responsibilities:

* Ensure a warm, friendly and professional environment to visiting customers.
* Greets all visitors with a pleasant and courteous welcome on arrival
* Ensure that effective contact is maintained with showroom visitors during their stay.
* Ensure that visitors' needs are dealt with promptly and completely.
* Accurately record and pass all messages and information received.
* Ensure all telephone connections are made as quickly as possible to the appropriate personnel.
* Enhance the reputation of the Dealership at every opportunity when interacting with others.

About you :

* Experience and skills within a customer-focused environment.
* Calm and organised approach to problem solving, tackling stressful situations and handling a varied workload.
* Knowledge and experience of retailing operations.

You must be immediately available with no notice as this role is starting ASAP.
