This crucial role involves the management and running of the Court of Protection Team, which will include the development of processes, the creation of manuals, and the day to day management of client affairs through Deputyship appointments and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Working with vulnerable adults who do not have the capacity to manage their affairs, you will have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and it's principles. You will be a good listener, able to accurately identify the needs of the clients and communicate with them in such a way that can be readily understood, whilst using initiative and tenacity in order to act in their best interests.
