Having built an enviable network of exclusive client relationships, and delivering impressive successes through the past 18 months, the team are now ready to bring onboard a Trainee; who will build exposure across the recruitment process with view to develop their responsibilities over time.

In this role, you will take on a very varied set of daily responsibilities, engaging and developing on a hybrid skillset across: sales and account management; marketing and advertising; customer service delivery; task prioritisation and process coordination; attention to detail and written communication.
Now ready to interview/onboard ASAP; you will join a structured training programme, in order to understand the niches of the market and processes followed.

£18-22,000 starting salary + uncapped bonus. Realistic On Target Earning: £30,000 Year1, £40,000 Year2
