As a recognised agency, this company employs over of 400 staff across multiple offices across the South East. The Chartered Surveying arm of the group, provide high quality valuation and survey reports to high street lenders, corporate clients and to the general public direct.

As with most surveying business in this sector, they have seen a significant increase in requests for Homebuyer reports and Valuations and with the market showing no sign of slowing down, they are keen to take advantage of this demand by recruiting at least one, if not two Residential Surveyors to work out of two Kent locations.

The more immediate requirement is in their newly built North Kent office, where the successful candidate would cover the geographical locations of SE London and North Kent, the other surveyor could cover Mid Kent and East Kent from their Mid Kent location, however both roles offer the freedom to work from home.

Your new role
In the role of Residential Surveyor, you will be tasked and measured in the following: inspecting properties and producing reports on residential properties in line with the RICS requirements for Level 3 Building Surveys and Homebuyers Reports and producing Redbook valuations. You will be expected to conduct 2 Homebuyer reports a day and/or a building survey.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have the following: You will have one of the following professional memberships, MRICS or AssocRICS and RICS Registered Valuers qualified, you will also need to have experience of producing homebuyer reports in line with RICS requirements for Level 3 Building Surveys and Homebuyer reports. Applicants will need to pass lender specified Pre Employment checks which include a CRB and credit check.
