How will you make an impact?
As a member of our Stock Control team your mission is to effectively manage the movement of stock and supplies into and around our Head Quarters, Boutiques in the UK, and process requests for all our international locations.
This is great opportunity for someone to join a highly dynamic team at a very exciting time for Watchfinder.
How will you make an impact?
Using exceptional organisational skills, you will provide an efficient and streamline service, ensuring that all stock orders are processes in an efficient and timely manner.
You will work effectively and efficiently within the team, sharing ideas and contributing to a positive morale as well as ensuring good time management skills.
You will have strong administration skills, and a flair for Excel to produce stock reports and conduct analysis to share insights to the wider business.
Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock
The ability to handle multiple demands, no challenge is too big or too small
An affinity or passion for luxury timepieces.
How will you experience success with us?
We believe in working collaboratively as a team and your contributions will assist in the outstanding service that is delivered to our customers
Process all stock requests and live orders in a timely and efficient manner
To support the sales/customer service and dispatch departments with all enquiries on watches
Conducting thorough stock audits, ensuring a zero-error rate
Generating stock reports and analyse data via Excel and our intuitive scanning system
