Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly professional individual to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling.

Joining a diverse, fun, and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to charities and customers over the phone and by email.

You will be:

* Reviewing daily reports relating to audit and compliance reporting
* Completing due diligence checks
* Effectively communicating by letter, telephone, email and face-to-face with customers internally and externally
* Communicating with colleagues and other departments throughout the business
* Handling appeals
* Supplying advice to other departments
* Taking personal ownership for the customer experience
* Helping to develop new work processes and procedures
* Assisting with the implementation of solutions to improve customer service
* Engaging and managing key stakeholders
* Maintaining personal skills development and knowledge





The successful candidate will have/be:

* Previous experience in an administration role
* Basic knowledge of UK Anti-money Laundering regulations
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Customer focused with a drive to deliver great customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
