Helpdesk Customer Service Advisors
£18K, plus good progression
Shifts patterns x3 - 8:00am-4:30pm, 9:00am-5.30pm, and 2:30pm-11.00pm
Saturday 9am-5.30pm Sunday 8am.-4.30pm

Our client, a merchant service provider, is seeking several Helpdesk Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a Permanent basis.
As a Helpdesk Customer Advisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, addressing customer issues, troubleshooting system problems via telephone or email. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and thorough handling of incoming enquiries.
Main Duties:
* Promptly answering customer enquiries via telephone or email
* Patiently listening and be attentive to customers issues and then being able to connect them with the appropriate department to address their needs
* Recording interactions with customers & updating account information as required on the CRM
* Adhering to company policies & processes to address issues such as returns, faulty products, wrong delivery, and delayed delivery to inform customers
* Willing to learn from management to properly apply company policy to customer solutions
* Contributing to bottom lines sales by increasing customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have:
* Good attention to detail
* Strong time management skills
* The ability to work well both in a team & with others
* Organisation/planning skills
* Proven work experience in a fast-paced environment
* Great communication skills- both written & verbal
Due to the nature of the role, there will be shift work required (including occasional weekend work). This is done on a fairly shared rotating rota! If you're working the late shift and weekend, then please note; you can work from home.
