Customer Services/ Contract Management Coordinator
North Kent
c£20,000- £21,500PA based on expereince
My client, a fantastic business based in North Kent, are looking for a Customer Service/Contract Management Coordinator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
As Contract Management Coordinator you will be responsible for full management of secured contracts through to after sales support including order progression, demand planning, order tracking, stock management and regular collaboration with the warehouse and logistics team.
Duties for this position include:
* Process official purchase orders from our Project Partners across all group brands
* Accurate order entry using SAGE 1000
* Effectively plan demand, manage stock availability and product allocation
* Diary and task management using Salesforce and SAGE systems
* Actively looking for opportunities to maximise sales revenue
* Build effective and lasting customer relationships
* Develop high levels of product knowledge
* Proactively, creatively, and effectively manage customer complaints to agreed SLAs
* Responsible for managing returns process and adhering to company policy & procedure
They are looking for someone with the following:
* Previous experience working within a similar role (minimum 1 year)
* Strong Customer Service background and demonstrable
* Effective communication skills - written & verbal
* Ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines
* Good MS Office skills
* Great time management and ability to prioritise workload
In return they will offer:
* 21 days holiday plus bank holidays - 1 day extra for each year of service (capped at 25 days)
