A unique opportunity for a Senior Lettings Administrator to join a rapidly expanding lettings & property management company based in Faversham, Kent.

The role will provide full training, potential for independent working and responsibility, and the chance to grow and progress with a successful and highly regarded independent company.

This is a senior position and as such available for applicants with 2-5 years industry experience, who must be able to demonstrate functional & practical knowledge of lettings & property management, serving relevant notices, arranging contractors, dealing with accounts and attending meetings and site visits.

Candidate Specification:
• Must have experience in lettings / property management, arranging contractors and repairs, overseeing and checking work, arranging insurance policies and liaising closely with clients.
• A good understanding of serving relevant notices, major works, budgets & accounts would be expected.
• Confidence to be able to work independently as soon as possible while guided by line manager.
• Honest, open and reliable person who must be friendly and respectful of others.
• Good teamwork skills essential.
• Good IT skills essential.
• Must maintain high standards of work and approach the role with an enthusiastic & positive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Must be punctual and smart and have confidence to work independently when needed, and be enthusiastic to learn new skills.
• All applicants must have GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths; additional qualifications advantageous.
