Supplement Factory is an Ashford, Kent-based, business that has been proudly producing nutritional food products and food supplements since 2011. We have been thriving off the back of fantastic growth in this sector, with our high growth predicted to continue whilst we also expand into new ranges.
As we grow, we are looking to bring on talented and enthusiastic individuals as Production Operators within our British Retail Consortium (BRC) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accredited facilities.
Your new role
We are excited to be seeking at least 5 Production Operators to join our growing and dynamic team, in our state-of-the-art factory facilities. This role will be varied, with a busy production schedule including operating our encapsulation and tablet equipment, working on packing lines or our other manufacturing operations.
The role will also include:
• Operation and cleaning of production equipment and facility to GMP standards;
• Preparation and dispensing of materials for production;
• Accurate completion of production documentation;
• Carrying out necessary in-process control checks; and,
• Completing any other reasonable operational duties, as required for the role.
Requirements – Experience
Our candidates must have experience within a factory environment ideally within food, cosmetic or the pharmaceutical industry.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of working with process or packaging equipment.
Full ‘on the job training’ and safety training will be provided.

We typically work with 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, alternating shift patterns.
We will also consider other flexible ‘school’ hours such as 9.30am to 2.30pm or start after 5pm.
Total working hours per week are usually 37.5 hours, with a 30-minute unpaid break (or pro-rated equivalent if on ‘school’ or other flexi hours).
Salary is dependent on experience, with a salary range of £9.20, up to £15.00 per hour (salary is dependent on experience and expertise).
