Account Manager
CommittedGiving Ltd www.committedgiving.com is a leading provider of online and digital fundraising, membership, e-commerce and marketing services to an ever growing blue chip client list of leading charities, universities, museums and galleries. We are a fast growing organisation with an excellent, hard earned, reputation within the sector.
We now have an opportunity for an energetic, personable and ambitious Account Manager to join our busy team and help us to maintain and grow our business. The role will involve supporting and nurturing existing Clients, large and small, and will also provide opportunities to work on new business pitches and tenders.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience or knowledge of the charity fundraising sector. An understanding of the digital aspects related to fundraising would be beneficial. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport and develop relationships with individuals at many levels within the Client charity. Robust and accurate planning and organisational skills are a must and success in this role demands a proactive approach to deliver targets and the ability to work collaboratively with the whole team.
Applicants with no charity experience but who have a background in Client management and are looking for a change of sector are invited to apply.
The role can be a hybrid split between home working and our offices at the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne. Starting salary is competitive based on experience. Driving licence and own transport is advisable.
