Working within a team of 5 people in the finance team this is a good opportunity to work within a company going through a period of growth. The role is to assist with purchase ledger, sales ledger, and shipping functions.
Duties will include: Entering purchase invoices on the finance system· Preparing payments· Entering customer receipts on the finance system· Assisting with credit control· Issuing shipping instructions· Dealing with incoming shipping documentation.·
Office duties - filing, archiving, etc.· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Skills/Experience Required·
Some office experience· Good PC skills including Office, etc.· Good maths and English
Beneficial* Knowledge of bookkeeping/double entry* Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
Own transport is required
