This is an exciting opportunity to join the Imago Dial 2 Drive through the government Kickstart scheme. It’s a 6 month job placement on full time hours where you will be paid National Minimum Wage. You will work 5 full days Monday to Friday.
Based at our Tunbridge Wells office and working with our experienced Community Transport team, you will have the opportunity to learn a range of skills relating to customer service and business. This includes daily management of email and phone enquiries and transport bookings, allocating drives and communicating with volunteers. You will assist with monthly invoicing, process new and renewal memberships, and support promotional activities.
You will develop communication and organisational skills, and take part in further training opportunities throughout your employment. You should be confident speaking to people on the phone and using IT.
