This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Trainer/Support Technician to join our busy IT team.
Your role will primarily involve training new staff on the Firm’s systems and software (P4W/Tikit, Bighand, MS Office and a range of other business applications) as part of the induction process. You will also provide refresher training and assist users in developing their IT skills both face to face and remotely.
In addition to training, you will provide a help desk service to our staff and generally assist the IT team with routine maintenance, adding/removing software, installing hardware etc.
Being IT savvy, approachable and friendly with a ‘can do’ attitude are key components to success in this role.
You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, supporting users with their desktop software, hardware and networking problems.
A sound working knowledge of MS Windows 10 Professional and the MS Office suite, networked printers and telecom systems is essential.
Training on the Firm’s bespoke systems such as P4W/Tikit can be provided.
The position is full time and based at our Herne Bay office with frequent travel to other offices. Owner/driver with full clean driving license essential. Some heavy lifting is involved.
