Are you a Project Manager? Looking for your next role after a few years experience in the field?
Fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to work for a residential investment company in Tunbridge Wells.
Looking for someone to oversee from start to finish small residential projects.
You will be experienced working to budget, delivering projects on time and managing trades and stakeholders. You will also have knowledge of working with local authorities and comfortable with legislation this entails with planning regulations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who has upwards of 3 years experience in this role who can work autonomously.
Salary £35-£45K.
Small friendly team and lovely location working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with parking on site!
