We are looking for someone for an IT Support role which includes Business Analytics to work for a friendly family business based in Tunbridge Wells.

The ideal candidate will have

• IT experience in support.
• An in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly excel.
• Experience in writing and running reports (training will be provided)

In this role, you will be:

• Providing IT support to all employees, both office based and home workers.
• Writing and running reports to assist with Management Information.
• Using Microsoft products to create and enhance our internal suite of documents.
• Involvement in new associated projects.

Requirements / Skills

• Proven experience of working in a technical support role.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUP, VBA, Power Query).
• Data Analytics to include Database Management and Relational Databases.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with an ability to assess non-routine problems and implement solutions within own expertise.
• The ability to work under own initiative but also work as part of a small team
• Interpersonal skills that make you approachable and able to build good working relationships with others.
• Some insurance knowledge would be beneficial
