Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in South East London for Class 1 Drivers 

The role entails:

- Making up to 3 deliveries per day within London, Essex and the surrounding areas
- Experience with flat beds would be advantageous as this role involves moving heavy steel. However, drivers with limited experience are welcome to apply for this position 
- Some manual work is involved but the loads are generally loaded/unloaded by Fork Lift 

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- A valid Class 1 licence 
- A valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card 
- No more than 6 points or a DD or DR 

The hours

- Shift start times are between 06:00/07:00
- Shifts are based on 10 hours per day (but can be higher on occasions)

The pay rate:

- Monday to Friday - £18.00 per hour 
- Holiday pay accrues in addition in all instances at 12.07% of gross pay weekly
