Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator for our client, an electronics manufacturer based in Margate.

The working hours are 39 hours a week, Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 1pm.

Pay is £8.91 per hour, the role is offered on a Temp2Perm Basis.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assembling and hand soldering Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).
• Inspecting and Electrical Testing of PCBAs.
• Building of some mechanical assemblies.
• Ensuring all ESD PPE is worn and procedures are followed.
• Using continuous improvements techniques, reduce wastes, promote sound working practices and improve skills.

Experience required:
• You should be a well-organised, reliable and motivated individual.
• Any experience of working within the electronics industry is an advantage.
• You should be able to read and understand simple work instructions and drawings.
• You will need very good attention to detail.
• Ability to produce high quality assemblies.
• Ability to understand and adhere to strict quality policies and procedures
