We are recruiting for an award-winning insurance provider who are looking for fresh new talent to join their team!
Location: Flexible, Home/Office Based, Head office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £17,500 to £22,000 basic salary depending on experience + a performance related bonus on top + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday, weekend work rotational shift pattern
The shift pattern is Monday – Friday 8-6 and alternate Sat morning 9-1. The weekday is broken into shifts; early 8-4:30, middle 9-5:30, and late 9:30 -6.
Do you have:
• A fantastic telephone manner and great verbal and written communication skills?
• Excellent administrative experience, ideally gained within the motor insurance industry?
• A drive to deliver the right solution for the customer and our business?
• Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage expectations effectively?
• The ability to utilise qualities such as empathy, tact, assertiveness, and diplomacy when talking to our customers?
• A positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers?
• The ability to think clearly and calmly under pressure?
The role will involve:
• Supporting inbound and outbound phone calls in relation to customer and supplier claim queries for repair, total loss, hire and recovery charges
• Liaising with Approved Repairers to ensure our customers vehicles are booked in for repair, ensuring each claim is proactively managed whilst keeping the customer updated
• Maintaining expectations and providing outstanding customer service with an effortless journey until their repair is complete
• Ensuring that the customers mobility status is kept up to date and process the hire invoice payment on completion.
