We are recruiting for an award-winning insurance provider who are looking for fresh new talent to join their team!
Location: Flexible, Home/Office Based, Head office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Salary: £18,500 to £22,000 basic salary depending on experience + a performance related bonus on top + excellent benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday, weekend work rotational shift pattern
Do you have:
• A fantastic telephone manner and confident verbal and written communication skills?
• Excellent administrative experience?
• A drive to deliver the right solution for the customer and our business?
• Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage expectations effectively?
• The ability to utilise qualities such as empathy, tact, assertiveness, and diplomacy when talking to our customers?
• A positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers?
• The ability to think clearly and calmly under pressure?
The role will involve:
• Making outbound calls with suppliers to ensure they are managing customer claims within the agreed service level agreements
• Liaising with third party insurers to confirm liability and to chase payments from them in respect of settlement of total loss claims
• General administration such as paying hire invoices and data input into our claims system to drive claim milestones and activity.
