As part of our continued expansion, we are building a new telesales department and are looking for telesales executives to join the team in our Chatham Maritime office.

You will be tasked with making outbound cold calls to a range of prospective small-to-medium businesses, to introduce our telecoms and IT solutions, with the specific target of booking appointments for our field sales team.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1-year of cold calling / telesales success and will need to be tenacious, driven and have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport. You will need to be able to demonstrate you possess the relevant skills to successfully cold call and secure appointments. Training will be provided on our specific solutions – the main skill you will need to possess is the ability to communicate well, keep dialling the phone and find those sales opportunities!

Tinder Corporation is a successful IT & Technology business, providing a wide range of solutions to various businesses throughout Kent and the South-East since 2013. Your primary focus will initially be on pitching our telecoms solutions to prospective clients, to help them with the huge changes that are happening in the UK telecoms market – these changes represent a real opportunity to win some business.

The position is a full-time role, Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm and pays a basic salary plus uncapped commission on any business closed as a result of appointments you generate. The role is available immediately.

There is a career development path for those demonstrating success within our telesales team, with the opportunity for growth into our field sales team / sales account manager positions.
