Commercial Property Solicitor 2-10 PQE ideally but will consider NQ with a strong interest in Commercial Property Law

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our busy and expanding Commercial team. Based in Maidstone the successful applicant will join a well-established forward thinking firm with an appetite for success. Duties will include;

· Sales and acquisition of general commercial property as well as agricultural land and buildings and development land.

· Drafting landlord and tenant documents such as leases, licenses and deeds.

· Dealing with property aspects of sales purchase agreements, asset purchase agreement and finance documents.

· Drafting option agreements, promotion agreements and overage clauses.

· Some involvement with residential lease extensions and leaseholders right to buy.

· Some knowledge /Experience-of plot sales would be an advantage.

Applicants should be;

· Able to work in the UK.

· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Interested in Business development via Networking, Publishing of articles and Social media.
