This is a chance to join an esteemed, multi-specialist firm, in a hybrid role combining reception work and legal administration, that will have involvement on a variety of tasks for several different departments.

And, in the long-term, will have opportunity to develop your career and take on more responsibilities within the firm

This is a varied role and will suit a candidate who preferably has some level of legal experience

Day to day, you will take on responsibilities such as:-
- Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries.
- Appointment setting, liaising between clients and fee earners.
- Typing and sending legal documents.
- Meeting and greeting clients when visiting the offices.
- Assisting clients with completing legal documents.
- Helping put together court bundles.
- Providing varied administrative support to the Solicitors, Legal Executives, Paralegals and Secretaries

Established firm who invest heavily into their staff and have a super modern Case Management System

Monday – Friday 9.00-17.30

Salary £19-24,000 + bens including generous pension, excellent training, company computer.
