Portafina investment Management have an exciting new role available within our Customer Care Team.

Starting salary £17,500 - £24,500 DOE, plus quarterly bonus scheme and supported CII exam progression.

This role is ideal for someone who has existing customer service experience or has a passion for helping people.

A typical day.

Portafina supports over 13,000 clients and is entrusted to look after over £600M of cherished savings, so there is always plenty to do. A working day will typically be;

• 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Responsibilities may include:
o Being the point of contact for Portafina Investment Management Customers
o Inbound and outbound calls – this could be giving an update to a client or booking an appointment or simply liaising with a client to
obtain information about their current arrangements
o Help to understand and develop the customer experience within Portafina Investment Management
