We are at an exciting time of growth within the Private Client team at CAF and are now seeking a Business Development Manager to join us to support our ambitious plans. CAF’s Private Client team offer the market leading Donor Advised Fund’s for both UK and dual US/UK tax payers, helping individuals give to the charitable causes that they care about, with over £1bn AUM and £280m in grants-out made by our clients in the past 12 months alone. Many of our clients are referred to us by professional advisors, including IFA’s, Lawyers and Wealth Managers, and this role will focus on strengthening existing introducer relationships and networking in order to build new partnerships.

You will drive growth by forming structured B2B engagement plans for maintaining close and meaningful contact with a range of referral partners, ensuring that CAF’s products are front and centre of their minds. You’ll also cultivate and develop new referral partners for CAF, by attending conferences, networking sessions and by researching and contacting relevant firms directly to educate them about what CAF can offer their clients. Proficiency and experience in managing pipeline and tracking leads will also be crucial.

Based in our London office, you’ll be working in a busy, fun and ambitious team which serves both UK and transatlantic clients. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and highly professional person who has the gravitas to hold their own with senior contacts at top advisor firms.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development manager with a strong track record and demonstrable knowledge of the private client finance sector to join CAF’s Private Client team at a time of critical importance and opportunity for the impact economy. Your success will unlock significant new charitable gifts which will benefit civil society organisations across the world.
