This is a rare opportunity to join a successful, industry-recognised company who deliver a premium service-set to clients.
In the role, you will look after key B2B clients, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of service. This will involve account management of client accounts, introducing and demonstrating new products/services (video, telephone and face-to-face), managing the CRM to ensure regular contact, and liaison with internal teams, managers and clients to ensure efficiency of output. Onboarding new clients, identifying areas of interest and appropriate product/service solutions and conducting all administration compliantly.
