We are a busy Mail Order company based in Sittingbourne and are looking to recruit a Purchasing Executive to work directly with the Marketing Director and to assist the Operations/Marketing Department.
Applicants must have strong administrative skills and be able to effectively interact with suppliers globally and work effectively as part of a team.
Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft applications is essential, as well as the ability to adapt and learn our bespoke software.
Key Responsibilities
To aid and support the team within the Operations/Marketing Department.
To assist in the work of filing and securely archiving records.
Raise purchase orders and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
Ability to multi-task, work flexibly and under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
