DUA Bordereau Claims Adjuster

Our client is a global leader in the provision of technical support services to national and international insurance companies, MGAs, Lloyd's syndicates and reinsurers.
This role will sit within the London Market Operations Team and provide claims adjusting support to a Syndicate client.
ï·Adjusting claims bordereau on internal, client and London market systems
ï·Review monthly bordereaux and cash calls, identifying any anomalies within the bordereau and amending where necessary
ï·Processing tasks accurately, in an efficient manner, in line with internal and client SLA's
ï·Dealing with clients and brokers in a professional manner over the phone or via email, acting as a contact to resolve any issues that may prevent the processing of bordereau to agreed SLA's
ï·Monitor KPIs and SLAs
Key Skills required:
ï·Experience of using ECF
ï·Experience of adjusting Bordereau from a carrier perspective
ï·Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
ï·An understanding of principles of insurance and reinsurance
ï·Good understanding of London market systems and procedures is desirable.
ï·Excellent communication skills
ï·Experienced in working with Microsoft Excel
