Reinsurance Treaty Accounts Technician
Permanent role / £50,000 to £65,000 depending on level of experience
Mid-Tier Lloyds Broker / City
You will be responsible for; Processing and administration of proportional treaty accounts, premium adjustments, and XL claims in accordance with slip conditions and company procedures.
ï·Process proportional treaty accounts and premium adjustments in accordance with the slip conditions and company procedures.
ï·Maintain reconciliations of technical accounts.
ï·Monitor/review technical position of treaty accounts and premium adjustments.
ï·Process excess of loss claims/reinstatements from first advice and settlement.
ï·Administer claim until closed.
ï·Responsible for the monitoring and pro-active mangement of due balances.
ï·Produce and/or analyse premium/brokerage/claims/renewal and other statistics as may be required.
Required skills, experience and knowledge:
-Lloyds / London market experience from a broker, underwriting, service provider or Bureau background.
-Experience within technical reinsurance accounting.
-Ability to manage both reinsurance claims and premiums.
-Strong attention to detail
-Confident communication skills
-Client service focus
-IT literacy
