An exciting opportunity has arisen to join theDelegated Authorities team of a Lloyds Broker. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a small but effective Group level team in a growing company.

The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and have experience of the London Market and Xchanging, preferably.

Key Duties

*Responsible for production, validation and submission of monthly risk bordereaux and uploading to DA SATS
*Producing Premium Income monitoring reports.
*Track upcoming Facility Renewals and provide support to Binding Authority Technician's to enable terms to be obtained and orders placed.
*Perform Market Reform Contract Endorsements and supporting documentation for facilities in accordance with templates and requirements.
*Produce accurate and regular reports focusing on Premium and Claims Statistics.
*Recording of risk details on a Policy Administration System in an accurate and timely fashion.
*Holding Cover on firm orders attaching to various facilities that are held within the company and Policy Signing as per authority granted where appropriate.
*Any other tasks that may be allocated
*Training will be provided on the various Lloyd's system's
*Dealing with Third Party Coverholders (be they other Group Companies or External Operations)

About You

*You will have experience in the insurance industry, ideally within the London Market, with an understanding of the importance of a DUA function.
*You will be a confident written and verbal communicator with the ability to build relationships.
*You will have the desire to learn and develop your career to become a subject matter expert.
*You will have experience working with Microsoft Excel/ Word and database systems.
*You will understand the importance of keeping documentation and systems up to date.
