Monday to Friday - with 1 hour unpaid break
28 hours per week – (flexible) with possibility of over time

£9.00 p/h with opportunities to do over time
• Purchase Order Processing and Tracking
• Reconciling supplier invoices to purchase orders
• Sales Order Processing
• Preparing schedule of completed works for invoicing by Finance Dept.
• Administrative support to the Directors
• Office Administration: Organisation and Process adherence
• Customer Service support for customers
• Management of incoming calls and emails in a timely manner
Experience:
Essential: 2 years office experience
Excellent customer service skills
Good organisations skills
IT proficient
Willing to learn-by listening and being pro-active
Reliable
Punctual & Enthusiastic
Prioritise workload and multi task
Attention to detail
Be a team player
