We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our friendly team at Head Office for a Fixed Term Contract of up to 1 year commencing in August, to provide a wide range of administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive, Director of Finance and Asset Management and Board of Trustees. This role requires the ability to work independently with little or no supervision and for the post holder to be well organised, flexible and have the ability to stay focused whilst remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient when under pressure.

We offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 37.5 hours per week with flexible working arrangements to include occasional weekends and evenings to cover meetings outside normal working hours, stakeholder pension scheme and full support with your professional development.
An essential requirement of the successful post holder is that they have done similar work before, not necessarily in this sector, though that would be useful.
