Hours: 2 days a week - mix of office and WFH
Location: Rural Tunbridge Wells (Must Drive)
Experienced Legacy Administrator is required to work with the Senior Management team to support a range of stakeholders including Supporter's loved ones, Solicitors, and the internal team.
To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced Legacy Administrator and will be comfortable with the following:
To receipt, all incoming post daily and action appropriately, escalating if required. Undertake electronic and paper filing as required.
Create and close files as required.
Keep the Legacy Administration Database cleansed for accurate data reporting.
Ensure all data (electronic and paper) is appropriately prepped for archiving and retention.
Undertake all necessary training to maintain, update and develop understanding of, and key skills in, Legacy Administration.
