Our client, a highly regarded, leading Estate Agency across Kent, located in Whitstable, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
Working five days a week, including Saturdays with a day off in lieu. This role will be paying £17-22K Basic (OTE up to £35K uncapped - potentially 40-45K OTE for those with strong valuation experience).
8.45am - 5.30pm Weekdays // 9am - 5pm Saturday
Sales Negotiator - Duties & Responsibilities
* Helping our customers make their dream move.
* Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market.
* Working towards set targets.
* Generating sales leads for property viewings, new homes, lettings and property valuations.
* Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring we "out-passion" our competition and our clients receive the best possible service.
Sales Negotiator - Person Specification
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* A proven success in property sales or transferable skills developed within a comparable profession.
* Willing to build on your skills and develop your career.
* You will have truly exceptional customer service.
* A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets.
* Experience of property valuations would be highly advantageous however this is not a pre-requisite.
