We are on the lookout for committed and determined individuals to join our vibrant call centre in our Kings Hill office on throughout June and July!
The Customer Consultant role is 100% telephone based in a call centre and involves speaking to customers who are in different financial positions on a daily basis.
Your time will be spent in a dialler system handling constant outbound and inbound calls from our customers. You will take on average 3-4 calls per hour – your typical day will consist of speaking to our customers, assessing their situation and coming up with a tailored solution to help them. You will then write up your notes and set the payment plan up in our internal system and then move on to help the next customer. It is a very busy and demanding role and in turn you will have the opportunity to positively impact customers lives and make a real difference which is really rewarding.
This is a permanent, full time position and we invest a lot in our new starters. We are looking for people that are truly interested in starting a long-term career with us and joining our other Customer Consultants who describe the role as “rewarding”, “interesting” and “fun”!
We are looking for people with experience in:
* Working in a busy, fast paced customer service environment
* Taking ownership of the customer’s journey, going above and beyond for each customer, and overcoming and finding solutions to their queries and complaints should they arise
* Diffusing situations when a customer has become angry or upset
* Influencing and negotiating
* Working to targets, KPIs and deadlines whilst remaining self-motivated and driven with a “can-do” attitude
When you join, you will work on a weekly rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8am-8pm plus every other Saturday morning. We have full-time and part-time shift patterns as well as a range of flexible working options to allow you to have work/life balance.
