We are seeking an administrative assistant to support the production and design teams.

The role will consist of inputting new and existing customer jobs onto our system, leasing with clients in person and on the phone.

A general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous as would knowledge of Adobe software.

In house training is given on the use of Design packages such as Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Teams, as well as using our bespoke ordering package. A good eye for detail and an organised approach to work is needed. As we work mainly with the construction industry and knowledge of this would be advantageous.

You will be able to organise your time to ensure the smooth processing of various daily jobs making sure we meet daily deadlines.
