Opportunity to join a large organisation based in North Kent/South East London. You will be an experienced HR Advisor with strong ER skills looking to move to a role that has a strong ER focus. A CIPD Qualification would be beneficial.
Duties
- providing an ER service to employees and managers
- dealing with disciplinary and grievances as well as performance management issues
- supporting with TUPE transfers
- ensure that procedures are followed according to best practice
- dealing with all associated administrative tasks
Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
