CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR – PART TIME
Office Based
Job Role:
An new and exciting opportunity has become available for a reputable company based in Marden.
Although this role is only part time, flexibility is required as there will be additional hours to cover holidays, peak periods, and absences.
Working Wednesday – Friday 8.00-5.00 (with additional days to cover holidays and absence) you will be an experienced, friendly, and confident customer services administrator and used to working within a team environment.
Required
- Excellent telephone communication skills and be able to process customers’ orders.
- Responding to Sales enquiries, you will have the experience and drive to sell and advise customers both face to face and over the phone on products
- Calling existing and new customers to promote our products and manage their needs.
- Serving customers face to face (Inc. handling cash)
- General admin duties
- Sending out samples to customers
- Liaising with our Purchasing, Operations and Sales colleagues with regards to our customers’ requirements
- Supporting our external Sales teams requirements
- Supporting our National operations teams

Package:
- Competitive salary £18k - £20k/Annum (Based on a 40 hour week)
- Company stakeholder pension, 5% company contribution / 4% Personal contribution
