We have an exciting opportunity to join a hugely successful East Kent business who are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join them for a 2 year fixed term contract.

Do you possess excellent analytical and numerical abilities? Have you previously managed a small team? This role is key to the finance team, a hands on role that will see you work alongside the Financial Controller as well as managing and supporting a team of 3.

About the role:

* Analyse control and report financial data and processes within the business to support the FC to achieve strategic objectives
* Ensure all financial related business policies and protocols are adhered to and act as a steward for the Company finances
* Standard management accountant tasks including balance sheet reconciliations, cost analysis, assist in the preparation of monthly accounts as well as forecasting cash flow and monitoring.
* Work alongside all other areas of the company to understand factors influencing business income and expenditure and take appropriate action when required

About you:

* Solid experience of working within a finance background, ideal qualified management accountant or will consider QBE
* Experience of preparing financial reporting
* Excellent IT skills
* D365 experience (desirable not essential)
* Proven man management skills
* Excellent communicator, a self-starter who is motivated with a positive personality.
