Crowther Creative Products Ltd is an established personalised gifting company with a T/O of £2,000,000 PA.
We require an experienced accountant to oversee the work of our current book keeper and offer accounting support to management as the company continues to grow. This role will be 1-2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Review the current accounting set up within the company to improve processes and efficiency.
Reconcile bank accounts within sage and to bank statements.
Review and reconcile trade debtor balances.
Review and reconcile trade creditor balances.
Reconcile company credit card.
Review vat return.
Review posting of salary journals and reconcile deduction accounts including paye,nic student loans and pensions.
Review fixed asset accounts.
General review of profit and loss accounts.
Offer accurate accounting reports to management.
Person Specification:
Strong knowledge and experience using Excel.
Sage experience is essential
Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Confident to liaise with management.
