Assessment Production Coordinator (up to 12 month Fixed Term Maternity Cover)
Based: Canterbury/London/Home Based
Have you got experience of developing and managing assessment items?
Are you able to work effectively with subject matter experts to create assessments that support students to achieve their ambition?
Do you have up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry, educational environments or the LIBF’s range of qualifications?
Then apply for our Assessment Production Coordinator role. This role is up to 12 months Maternity Cover and is currently based in our Canterbury Office, however London and Home Based working will be considered.
The Assessment Production Coordinator will be responsible for supporting subject matter experts in order to develop and deliver robust and effective assessment items in line with agreed qualification specifications and assessment design principles. They will ensure that assessment items and learning materials are aligned to ensure students are equipped to achieve their ambition. They will also be responsible for reviewing and editing items produced by subject matter experts to ensure they meet the requirements of the qualification specification and marking scheme.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the requirements of delivering effective assessments and will have experience of using feedback from a range of sources to improve assessment development and delivery. They will have excellent and confident communication, influencing and interpersonal skills as well as being organised, with the ability to work flexibly.
