A senior Accounts administrator is require to join an international freight and logistics business in Dover.
Reporting directly to the International Director your role will involve providing support within the Accounts department and administrative support as and when required. In this role no two days will be the same the role is varied but you must have previous experience within an accounts role and have excellent administration and communication skills
Your main responsibilities
* Manage the sales and purchasing invoice process
* Credit control - chasing debtors, setting up lines of credit and overseeing the departments credit control function
* Monthly production of the department's profit and loss figures.
* Working closely with other departments within the business to ensure any information is procured and processed
About you:
* Previous experience within an accounts administration role
* SAP would be advantageous (not essential)
* Highly IT Proficient able to use Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational skills and strong analytical skills
* Hold a valid passport and full driving licence
* Be able to travel elsewhere in Europe and within the UK as and when required.
