Client Relationship Manager - Mortgages

Fantastic opportunity for a customer focused Mortgage processing professional to join my client, a growing business based in the Maidstone area.
Duties include:
* Building and maintaining relationships with all new and existing clients
* Act as the first point of contact regarding the mortgage process
* Ensure timely, accurate and appropriate responses to enquiries
* Liaise with Line Manager, escalating any specific problems for discussion and resolution
* Managing the mortgage process, offering advice and guidance, problem solving where necessary
* Following case from start to completion
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience within a customer facing role within the mortgage industry
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be numerate and well educated
* Have excellent customer service skills
This role would suit someone working on the mortgage side of an estate agency and looking to move away from this. You must be a driver with your own transport due to location of the role.
