Permanent Full Time Senior Building Surveyor

Your new role
In your new role as Senior Building Surveyor you will be a part of a small team providing services including, but not limited to:

* Technical due diligence surveys
* Design and contract administration of building works and repairs
* Planned maintenance programmes
* Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant)
* Party Walls and Rights to Light
* Project Monitoring
* Building Reinstatement (Fire Insurance) Valuation

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you must be RICS qualified, ambitions, able and entrepreneurial individual, looking for a new challenge. They are looking for individuals keen to take the next step in their careers within our supportive and progressing Building Surveying team.
