Customer Service Administrator

A fantastic opportunity for an After-Sales Service Administrator has opened for a self-motivated, driven, and resilient individual looking to join a well-established, sought after employer in Tunbridge Wells.
Duties for this varied role include:
* Acting as the first point of contact via phone or email, focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer service
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the business
* Overseeing product repairs from start to completion
* Scheduling and arranging appointments
* Accurate document and record management
* Working to customer and company's SLAs ensuring high quality professionalism is adhered to, managing demanding expectations in a calm manner
* Keeping the customer up to date at all times, taking full ownership of own cases
* Processing customer payments and providing service receipts
* Other administrative duties as and when required
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* Strong communication skills - verbal and written
* Demonstrable customer service experience within an office-based role
* A genuine passion for customer service
* The ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally
* A natural problem solver, using your own initiative to resolve any issues as and when they arise
* Proficient on all MS office applications
* Commercially focused with excellent attention to detail
* Ambitious with energy and drive
* 5 GCSE's at grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English
