A rare opportunity has arisen working in a growing business who operate within a fast-paced industry sector!
You will be working closely with the sales function providing instrumental support to allow them to focus on delivering revenue. You will be involved in: -
· Managing diaries, email inboxes and responding to urgent queries
· Preparing quotes, orders and presentations
· Managing the CRM system to ensure data is logged accurately, checking for changes and offering information in a helpful format for use by the sales team
· General administrative duties and customer service when required.
You will need to have had previous administrative experience with a busy fast paced environment, able to work under pressure and be proactive. Due to the company’s location in rural Crowborough a car is essential.
