Opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a thriving organisation on the outskirts of Maidstone. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with experience of working at a similar level. Knowledge of restructures would be a distinct advantage
Duties
- Working within the HR Team and providing an HR service to the business
- Dealing all ER issues including disciplinaries, grievances, TUPE and redundancies
- Leading on any restructures
- Supporting Recruitment needs
- Delivering HR projects
Salary c£40,000
